What Happens After You Book

A simple, streamlined process designed to get you answers quickly.

1

Confirmation Email

Immediately after booking, you’ll receive an email confirming your appointment time, a calendar invite, and a secure link for your video consultation.

2

Pre-Consult Profile

We’ll send a secure digital form to collect basic details about your symptoms, medical history, and current medications. This ensures your doctor is prepared before the call.

3

Upload Results

If you have blood test results from the last 3-6 months, you can upload them securely. Don’t have results? No problem—your doctor will issue a pathology referral during the consult.

4

Telehealth Consult

Join the video call at your scheduled time. Your doctor will review your history and bloodwork (if available), discuss treatment options, and recommend next steps.

💡 Tip: Most consultations take 15–30 minutes depending on the complexity of your case.

How to Prepare (2 Minutes)

To get the most value out of your consultation, we recommend having the following ready.

Consultation Checklist

  • Recent Blood Test Results
(If available. Last 3-6 months is ideal)

  • List of Medications
    Current prescriptions and supplements

  • Medical History Notes
Any previous TRT history or chronic conditions

  • Symptom Notes
Energy levels, libido, sleep quality, mood

Don’t have blood tests yet?

That’s completely fine. Many patients start here. Your doctor will discuss your symptoms and provide a comprehensive pathology request form during the consultation so you can get the exact tests needed.

🔍 What We Cover in the Consult

We believe in comprehensive care, not just writing prescriptions. Your consultation will cover:

  • In-depth review of your specific symptoms
  • Analysis of blood work (or determination of what tests are needed)
  • Screening for contraindications (reasons why TRT might be unsafe)
  • Discussion of potential risks and side effects
  • Explanation of treatment options (Injections, Creams, etc.)
  • Overview of the ongoing monitoring protocol

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need blood tests before booking?

No. While having recent results helps, it is not required to book. Your doctor can assess your symptoms first and provide a referral for the specific blood panel required for diagnosis.

Is TRT guaranteed after the consult?

No. TRT is a medical treatment prescribed only when clinically indicated (symptoms + biochemical evidence). Our doctors operate ethically and will only prescribe if it is safe and appropriate for your health.

Can I use my GP’s blood results?

Yes, provided they are recent (within 3-6 months) and cover the necessary markers (Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, etc.). If key markers are missing, you may need a top-up test.
