What Happens After Your Assessment

Your result is just the beginning. Here’s what comes next if a consultation is recommended.

1

Book Your Consultation

If your assessment indicates eligibility, you can book a telehealth appointment directly. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with a calendar invite and secure video link.

2

Complete Pre-Consult Profile

We’ll send a secure digital form to collect details about your symptoms, medical history, and current medications so your doctor is fully prepared before the call.

3

Upload Any Existing Results

If you have recent blood test results, you can upload them securely. Don’t have results yet? No problem — your doctor will issue a pathology referral during your consult.

4

Join the video call at your scheduled time. Your doctor will review your history and bloodwork (if available), discuss treatment options, and recommend next steps.

💡 Tip: Most consultations take 15–30 minutes depending on the complexity of your case.

How to Prepare for Your Consultation (2 Minutes)

🔍 What We Cover in the Consultation

We believe in comprehensive care, not just writing prescriptions. Your consultation will cover:

  • In-depth review of your specific symptoms
  • Analysis of blood work (or determination of what tests are needed)
  • Screening for contraindications (reasons why TRT might be unsafe)
  • Discussion of potential risks and side effects
  • Explanation of treatment options (Injections, Creams, etc.)
  • Overview of the ongoing monitoring protocol

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this assessment a medical diagnosis?

No. The assessment is a preliminary eligibility screen only. It helps identify whether a consultation is likely to be appropriate based on your responses. A formal diagnosis requires a consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor and comprehensive blood work.

Do I need blood tests before completing the assessment?

No. The assessment is based on your symptoms and history. If a consultation is recommended, your doctor will advise on the exact blood panel required and can issue a referral during the consultation.

Is TRT guaranteed after a positive assessment result?

No. TRT is a medical treatment prescribed only when clinically indicated (symptoms + biochemical evidence). Our doctors operate ethically and will only prescribe if it is safe and appropriate for your individual health.

Can I use my GP’s blood results in my consultation?

Yes, provided they are recent (within 3-6 months) and include the necessary markers (Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, etc.). If key markers are missing, a top-up test may be required.
