β± For Time-Poor Professionals
We know taking time off work in the CBD is difficult. Here is the most efficient workflow:
- Step 1: Book your telehealth consult during a lunch break.
- Step 2: Visit a pathology center near your office or home at 8 AM (most open at 7 AM or 7:30 AM).
- Step 3: Review results via video call from your desk or home office.
π Using Existing GP Results
Have you recently seen a GP in Sydney and have blood results?
You may be able to use these for your initial assessment if:
- They are less than 3 months old.
- They include Total Testosterone, SHBG, and LH/FSH.
- They were taken in the morning (before 10 AM).
Bring these to your consultation for the doctor to review.

Because we are 100% telehealth, we effectively service:
- Sydney CBD & Inner West
- North Sydney & Northern Beaches
- Parramatta & Western Suburbs

π Practical Rules for Accurate Testing
Testosterone levels peak in the morning. You must have your blood drawn between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Afternoon results may be rejected as inaccurate.
Do not eat before your blood test. Water is fine (and recommended to stay hydrated), but avoid coffee and food until after the draw.
Bring a digital or printed copy of your pathology request form and your Medicare card / ID to the collection center.
Monitoring & Patient Safety
Responsible medical care requires ongoing supervision.
We do not simply provide a prescription and disappear. TRT is a medical therapy that affects multiple body systems. Our Sydney patients remain under the care of our medical team with a structured monitoring protocol.
Tracking haematocrit, PSA, liver function, and lipids.
Scheduled follow-ups to adjust dosage and discuss well-being.
Proactive management of potential side effects.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from our Sydney patients.
Can I do bloods near the CBD / Inner West / Northern Beaches and still use telehealth?
Absolutely. While your consultation is online, you can attend any pathology collection center convenient to you in Sydney or NSW. Our referral forms are generally accepted at major pathology providers like Douglass Hanly Moir, Laverty, or 4Cyte. You do not need to come to a specific “clinic” location.
Can I use blood tests ordered by my GP?
Yes, provided they are recent (within the last 3 months) and contain the required markers (Total Testosterone, LH, FSH, SHBG, etc.). If you have these results, please have them ready to upload or display during your video consultation.
How quickly can I get started after bloods are done?
Pathology results usually take 2-4 business days to be processed and returned to the doctor. Once we receive your results, we will contact you to book your review consultation. If treatment is prescribed, medication is typically dispatched within 24-48 hours via express delivery.
Do I need a referral from my GP to see you?
No, you do not need a referral from your regular GP to book a consultation with our doctors. We are a direct-access specialist service.
Is this legal in Australia?
Yes. We operate in strict accordance with Australian medical regulations. All consultations are performed by AHPRA-registered doctors, and all prescriptions are dispensed by Australian registered pharmacies. We do not provide “steroids” for bodybuilding; we treat diagnosed medical hypogonadism.
What is the cost of the consultation?
Our initial comprehensive medical consultation fee is transparently priced. Please visit our pricing page for current fees and monitoring package costs.
