Hormonal Health for the WA Lifestyle
Whether you are based in the suburbs, on a swing, or running a business, our model fits your schedule.

Avoid the Kwinana Freeway traffic. We are 100% telehealth, meaning you can speak to a doctor from your home in Joondalup, Fremantle, Mandurah, or remote accommodation.
βοΈ FIFO & Roster Friendly
We understand the swing life. Our digital health platform allows you to manage appointments, results, and treatment plans around your roster, not the other way around.
π₯ WA Pathology Network
We utilize a broad network of pathology collection centers. Whether you are in Metro Perth or a major regional hub like Bunbury or Kalgoorlie, testing is accessible.

β οΈ TRT Is Not For Everyone
Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a serious medical treatment for diagnosed hypogonadism. It is not a quick fix for lifestyle fatigue or a performance enhancer for competitive sports. Eligibility is strictly determined by AHPRA-registered doctors based on pathology and clinical history.
How It Works for WA Residents
A streamlined process that respects your time and location.
Schedule Your Telehealth Consult
Book a video consultation at a time that suits you. We offer flexibility to accommodate WA time zones and shift patterns.
Pathology Collection
Take your referral form to a local pathology center. Major providers are available across Metro Perth and key regional centers (Bunbury, Albany, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie).

Logistics for Perth & WA
Specific guidance for FIFO workers, time zones, and lifestyle goals.
π· FIFO & Roster Reality
Managing health on a swing requires planning. We make it easier:
- Consults: Book your video calls during your R&R week for a stress-free environment.
- Bloods: Plan to get bloods done 2-3 days after returning home to ensure hydration and rest levels are normalized.
- Consistency: We can align prescription intervals to ensure you have medication before you fly out.
π Time Zone Clarity
Don’t worry about converting AEDT to AWST. Our booking system handles it.
- Our booking calendar automatically displays availability in your local time.
- We offer slots that work for WA mornings and late afternoons.
- No need to wake up at 5 AM for an “East Coast” appointment.
πͺ Gym & Health Goals
Perth has a strong fitness culture. We support health optimization, but with medical integrity:
- Realistic Expectations: TRT restores normal physiological levels to support recovery and energy; it is not a “cycle.”
- Safety First: We monitor haematocrit and heart health closelyβvital for men training hard in the heat.
- Optimization: We look at overall health, including sleep and stress, not just a number on a page.
Getting Your Blood Tests in WA
Pathology access is simple, but timing is everything.
Option 1: Order Before Consult
If you want to fast-track your assessment, you can order a comprehensive panel privately before speaking to a doctor. This is often preferred by patients on tight rosters.
- No GP referral required
- Accepted at major pathology centers in WA
- Results sent to you via email
Option 2: Get Referral During Consult
Prefer to discuss your symptoms first? Book a consultation and our doctor will determine exactly what needs testing. We will email you a request form.
- Best if you have complex medical history
- Doctor customizes the panel
- Referral provided electronically
π Practical Rules for Accurate WA Testing
Avoid testing on the morning you fly out. Stress and disrupted sleep can skew results. Best to test on your second day of R&R.
Testosterone is highest in the morning. Blood must be drawn between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, fasted (water only).
If you have recent bloods (last 3 months) from a GP visit that include Total Testosterone, SHBG, and LH/FSH, we can usually accept these.
Monitoring & Patient Safety
Telehealth doesn’t mean “hands-off.” We require strict monitoring.
For our WA patients, especially those in remote areas, adherence to monitoring is critical. We provide a structured schedule to ensure your levels remain optimized and safe.
Blood work and reviews are scheduled around your availability.
Monitoring haematocrit, lipids, and prostate health (PSA).
Protocols are adjusted based on blood data, not guesswork.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for our Perth and WA patients.
Iβm FIFOβhow do follow-ups and medication work?
Consistency is key. We recommend booking your follow-up consultations during your R&R weeks. For medication, we ship to your home address. Most patients prefer to receive their medication while on break and take enough supply with them for their swing. Please ensure you have appropriate travel documentation (which we provide) for carrying prescription medication.
Can I do bloods before I fly out?
Technically yes, but we advise against doing it on the actual day of travel if you are rushing or stressed. High cortisol from travel stress can impact results. It is far better to do your bloods 2-3 days after you return home when your body is in a more baseline state.
What if Iβm in regional WA (e.g. Karratha, Broome, Kalgoorlie)?
Our telehealth service covers all of WA. The only requirement is access to a pathology center for blood draws. Major regional towns usually have Clinical Labs or Clinipath centers that accept our referrals. If you are extremely remote, you may need to plan blood tests for when you visit a larger town.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You do not need a referral to book with our doctors. We operate as a direct-access specialist telemedicine service.
How much does it cost?
We believe in transparent pricing. Initial consultations and follow-up fees are listed clearly on our website. Please visit our pricing page for current rates.
Can I use my private health insurance?
Consultation fees are generally private billing. However, some private health funds may offer rebates for medical consultations depending on your level of cover. Medication costs may also be claimable depending on your policy. We recommend checking with your provider.
