πŸ’° Transparent Pricing Structure β€’ No Hidden Contracts

Investment in Your Health: Clear, Simple Pricing

We believe in complete financial transparency. We are a private billing medical practice
offering specialist hormone health services. No lock-in contracts, no subscription feesβ€”pay only for the care you receive.

Private Billing Practice: To ensure the highest standard of care, longer consultation times, and specialized ongoing monitoring, our clinic operates as a strictly private billing service. Medicare rebates generally do not apply to telehealth hormone consultations.

Financial Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer bulk billing?

No. To maintain our high standard of care, extended consultation times, and specialist focus, we are a 100% private billing practice.
Bulk billing models generally do not allow for the time required to safely manage hormone replacement therapy.

Can I claim this on private health insurance?

This depends on your specific level of cover. Some comprehensive “Extras” policies may cover a portion of non-GP specialist consultations or telehealth services.
You will receive a detailed tax invoice after your consultation which you can submit to your insurer to check for eligibility.

Is medication covered by the PBS?

Generally, no. Testosterone prescribed for age-related decline or optimization usually falls under “Private Script” regulations in Australia.
PBS-subsidized testosterone is strictly reserved for specific pathological conditions (like pituitary damage) and requires specific specialist endorsement.
Expect to pay private prices for medication, which we have estimated in the breakdown above.

What is your cancellation policy?

We respect your time and ours. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours or “no-shows” may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost, as that time slot cannot be filled by another patient.

Why do I need so many blood tests?

Safety is our primary concern. Testosterone therapy changes your hormonal profile, red blood cell count, and lipid profile.
Quarterly monitoring in the first year ensures these markers stay in a healthy range. We will not prescribe to patients who do not complete their monitoring blood work.

Are there any hidden fees?

We strive for 100% transparency. The only fees you pay to us are for the consultations.
Pathology labs and pharmacies charge their own fees which are outside our control, but we provide the estimates above so you can budget accordingly.
There are no “joining fees,” “monthly membership fees,” or “exit fees.”
